Jodie Coon - LGBTQ+ Mom and Ally

Friends, you're invited to the Emmaus Devotional, on Sunday, Feb 19 (5:30 Pacific/6:30 Mountain/7:30 Central/8:30 Eastern).

We will hear from Jodie Coon who has a gay son and started a support group in her ward.

Jodie Czarnik Coon was born and raised in Sugarhouse Utah to an incredible Catholic father, and a wonderful Mormon mother. She has been married to the love of her life for 35 years, and has five perfectly amazing children and 12 grandchildren! ( so far ) 😜 She has lived in Utah her entire life and loves it here. She now is a full-time realtor, and adores it! Jodie has written two children's books, and a novel. She loves anything that sparks creativity. She loves art and travel, and mostly spending time with her large family! Along with a friend, she also runs an LGBTQ support group. When her middle son turned 16 he came out to just her, she also has a gay nephew, and two lesbian nieces. For Jodie it's all about love!
